Biological Survey

In compliance with various Federal Laws (e.g., ESA - MBTA - MSA) and State Regulations, our team conducts site investigations to determine if protected (rare, threatened, or endangered) plant or wildlife species are present at properties.  Protected natural communities are also identified and located. We explore sites prior to land disturbance to assess suitable habitats for species presence.

If protected species are found, we coordinate with regulatory authorities and provide biological monitoring to ensure species and their associated habitats are preserved during project activities. ​​
